Time Machines and cams
After reading 'The Time Machine' by H.G.Wells in class, we decided to base our design and technology project around designing a moving time machine model.
We explored the different movements of a range of 'cams' and incorporated them into our working models.
We used our literacy 'instruction' writing skills to create a detailed old fashioned Victorian instruction manual to operate our machines. In addition, we created some fantastic pieces of descriptive narrative to describe the experience of travelling through time.
