Quiet Time
in the
Wreningham Prayer Space
In the last week of spring term, the 'New build' was transformed into the Wreningham Prayer Space - a place to visit for some quiet time to think, reflect, say or write a prayer or just be still.
The room was filled with many activities to encourage us to think about ourselves and those special to us, as well as others around the world who may be experiencing hard times in their lives. Our activities were based around the theme of Easter and included thinking about children around the world who had suffered terrible disasters in the last year, forgiveness, asking 'big' questions and thinking about our friends and families.
Everyone thought the week was a great success, and we appreciated the chance to experience some quiet, calm time in our busy school environment. Many children even chose to use their free time at break and lunch to revisit the space over the week.
