Holly's World
Huge congratulations to Holly Salmon, from Class 4, who was awarded a runners up prize in the annual EDP/Bayer Crop Science Norfolk Children's Poetry Competition.
Holly attended the Norwich Forum on Thursday October 4th with her mum and Mr Hodge, to receive her prize and read her poem.

The theme for the 2012 competition was ‘’Escape to a Magical World”. this inspired Class 4 to write some amazing, thoughtful and mysterious poems about fictional places that they have imagined or real places that are magical to them for whatever reason.
Tom Blofield of Bewilderwood was the final round judge, with Holly beating off stiff opposition just to make it through to the final round of judging; in a competition which regularly receives up 1000 or more entries.
Congratulations also go to Cole who had his poem printed alongside Holly's in a special EDP poetry supplement in early October.
